On every wedding day, the whole team has their fingers crossed for sunshine... and this weekend was glorious! A beautiful green and white colour scheme at Chiswick House, filling the house and marquee elegantly with natural arrangements, full of seasonal flowers.
The ceremony in the main house, was filled with light and we created two over-sized urns to frame the couple as they said their vows. Lush summer foliage, tall and green, accented with white delphinium and lots of flowers, filling the urn in a relaxed manner.
Dahlias, roses, and hydrangea, spilled from the urns in a graceful manner; all fresh and seasonal which perfectly complemented the natural setting of Chiswick House and gardens.
We created several delicate floral hairbands for the bridesmaids made from a similar flower mix to the bridal bouquet. Soft shade of white spray roses, gently intertwined with small sprigs of natural ivy; perfect for a flower girl!
The marquee vases had a more contemporary feel with the almost architectural palm leaves, nestled in between lots of fresh foliage and eucalyptus. Hydrangea, roses and green guelder rose softened the arrangements and added more colour.
A lovely summer wedding and congrats again to our couple.
Lots of thank you's to all the floristry team, events staff at Chiswick House, and Helen Warner for fab photography. x
