Beauty Round-Up!

February’s been a BEAUTY-full month – literally!

I’ve been thrilled to have worked with so many amazing brands from the beauty industry this month, bringing their concepts and seasonal launches to life through flowers!

I was really excited to see the lovely Emma Willis getting winter ready with Gillette Venus alongside our lovely lilac flowers! It’s the second time our flowers have featured in the background of Gillette Venus and Emma Willis' promotional product videos, providing top tips on how to keep your legs looking beautiful and smooth all year long and its always such a pleasure to see!

Then Toni & Guy hit London Fashion Week in iconic style...and we had the honour of joining them!  Organized by my fav event and production planners over at Beauty Seen they created a super cool urban Style Hub at The Vinyl Factory in Soho that put the trend in trendy! Flower wise, we kept it simple, using loads of large brown glass apothecary jars and bottles filled with relaxed oversized foliage, and flowers taken from Toni & Guy’s latest new haircare range, which included the English White Rose, Pink and White Jasmine, Pink Peppercorn and Earl Grey Tea! Of course, we used the gorgeous Earl Grey Rose, as well as the simply beautiful David Austin white garden roses which just gave the whole room the most divine scent and of course added lots of pretty to the event too! What a pleasure to be part of London Fashion Week- and right in the heart of it in Soho too! :)

Last, but by no means least, we had two amazing events last week again with our fave team over at Beauty Seen, this time for NARS make up.  Our NARS extravaganza first saw us dress a uber glam dinner for the NARS make-up artists to enjoy aboard the beautiful Silver Sturgeon boat at The Savoy Pier. For this, we used the most beautiful, metallic gold shiny bubble vases of all different sizes for the tables, filling them with all white avalanche roses and white columbian hydrangeas. For the bar, groupings of three large rose and hydrangea domes mixed in with gold palm details and of course, my favourite, candles!!

The next morning, we were then up bright and early, creating an Autumn forest in the Ballroom at The Rosewood Hotel for their AW16 make up range. 10ft Birch trees, 14 ft Birch Poles, a dozen bundles of tall golden willow, plenty of moss, tree rootballs, log slices, bark and one hour of install later, we had an atmospheric and perfectly enchanted autumnal scene for the make up artists to walk into! The creme de la creme was the bird song being played in the room! Close your eyes and you were in an actual forest!
